DH BEAUTY MAKEUP SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY.

Thank you for choosing my makeup services. To ensure a smooth and fair process for both parties, please review and adhere to the following cancellation policy:


Booking and Deposit

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your services.

  • Confirmation: The remaining balance is due on the day of the service.
     

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Client:

  • More than 48 Hours Before Appointment: If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the appointment, you will receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

  • Less than 48 Hours Before Appointment: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the total service cost.


Cancellation by Service Provider:

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. We will also make every effort to recommend an alternative service provider.
     

Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling by Client:

  • Rescheduling requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability. If you reschedule more than 48 hours before the appointment, your deposit will be applied to the new date. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment may incur additional fees.
