Booking Fee:

A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure your wedding date.

The booking fee must be paid at the time of booking. Your date will not be secured until the booking fee is received.

Travel Costs:

Travel costs are not included in the initial service price.

Travel costs will be calculated based on the distance and will be provided upon request during your first trial.

Any travel expenses must be agreed upon and paid for in advance of the wedding date.

Trials:

A trial session is recommended to ensure you are satisfied with your hair and makeup.

During the trial, we will discuss and test different styles to find the perfect look for your special day.

The trial session is charged separately and is not included in the wedding day service fee.

Payments:

Payments can be made via [your preferred payment methods, [e.g., bank transfer, credit card, etc.].

Cancellations and Changes:

Cancellations made less than one month before the wedding date will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking cost.

Any changes to the booking must be communicated at least two weeks in advance.

Liability:

DH Beauty Room is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any known allergies.

We use high-quality, professional products, but clients are encouraged to have a trial session to test for any adverse reactions.

Timeliness:

It is essential that the bridal party adheres to the agreed schedule on the wedding day to ensure timely completion of services.

Delays caused by the client or bridal party may result in incomplete services.
